TCB, re the Tony Danza somewhat-word-playing reference:  he does come pretty darn close to spectacular in a stage role of a lifetime in the musical HONEYMOON IN VEGAS.

Are you serious about that, or are you pulling my leg?

I didn't see the production at Papermill, but Danza got good reviews:

I know nothing of clothing trends - you'll find me in jeans or shorts and a hoodie most 365 days a year, unless I'm in church

And super rare footage of Guy Haines recording his song for Jeepers Creepers.

http://youtu.be/AjJjLkqcXbc

I hate when someone posts something from You Tube, because I go and watch the clip, and then I go exploring to other clips, and next thing you know, an hour or two has gone by.  I say that as an explanation for this clip that I found.  I had heard the tragic stories about Connie Francis and all she has been through during her career, but I guess I had never seen her after all these years.  I don't expect anyone to watch this whole clip, because it is over an hour long concert, but if you watch the first song or two, you will see enough.  It is a very sad glimpse of a great singer.  In fact you can almost hear Judy in concert.  But she looks great!  My apologies if you have all seen this video before.

I have spent some delightful time with my iPad, watching the figure skating pairs' short programs from Sochi.  Started with 20 pairs and 16 qualified for the finals, which are tomorrow.  I'll be interested to see tonight how many of the 20 are shown on NBC.  I'm also glad to hear that Bob Costas is taking tonight off - his eyes look terrible!
Last night he took a drink of vodka and said what the heck his eyes couldn't get any redder

Well, I'm heading home.  But first, I need to get some gas.  Tomorrow night, I'm ushering downtown and my "Low Fuel" light came on today.  Fortunately, Costco gas is only a couple of miles away.

Be back later.

Well, a storm is heading this way--we may get up to 9 inches of snow Thursday.  The local joke is that everyone heads to the supermarket for milk, bread and toilet paper when snowstorms are predicted.

I think that's what they do everywhere

I just another email ordering me to quit my premises:

Eviction Notification,]Be advised that you must exit the occupied premises
until March 06, 2014 or be forcibly removed!
Any resistance will be met with strict legal sanctions
or forcible removal of your family from your home.
Find a copy of the vacate notice in the attachment to this notification.

This is from another law firm. So, what the hell is all this phishing about?  I'm opening no attachments, so what's the purpose of all this?

It's from the mice

I just was reading posts from February 11, 2009 -

Yes the oncologist confirmed  what I hoped,  all looks normal ,  no need for a PET scan  -  officially 5 years in remission.  Thank you all for your support and love and putting up with my nonsense

I kept  breaking into tears today -  but happy tears!

We had a celebratory lunch at work today in honor of my good news

The Vixter was able to trade shifts with someone so she can attend the Romeo & Juliet Fathom event with me Thursday -- assuming we don't get buried in snow....

I bought our tickets already -- I am completely ignoring the  "winter storm watch"  being threatened  fro Wednesday night  through Thursday night
