I have great news for the bitch: nothing!
That is great news. I wouldn't put it past her, though, to try to trump up some evidence otherwise.
She's looking into payments on the Ohio property, which may be in jeopardy with this company's folding, and it's a major concern of mine. I'm worried that it may be tied up in the business venture as collateral since all decisions on it are run by the two-thirds majority with no concern for my input. If the Macbeths hadn't been so greedy in 2007 and so opposed to anything I suggested, we might have sold it by now.
Even though Lady M was keeping a tight grip on the company's books while the official company office was
Chez Macbeth before 2012, she knew full well that I was paying my third of the Ohio property taxes myself and that the company wasn't paying them for me. It does make me wonder about what personal items the company was covering for them.
