I saw my super; the building supplies for the ceiling will nt arrive before Thursday, so Monday and Tuesday will be ceiling days. Tomorrow at 1:00, I'll meet with Joshie on IRMA LA DOUCE and work tonight and tomorrow on the medley for the Cincinnati chorus.

I think that's all the latest news.

Hello Fellow DRs!  I've been E & T for a variety of reasons.  I had some friends stay over until yesterday.  I got to visit with the medical staff that had treated me while in hospital last year (I will try to share some pics).  But, I've been in a panic 'cause I have a blood test tomorrow and I can't help but worry since my white blood cell counts have been quite low.  I want to remain cancer free and healthy.  Plus, my job applications yielded nothing.  So, I haven't been in the best frame of mind these last couple of days.

BK, thank you for the song you wrote with Mr. Sherman.  It helped elevate my mood! :)

Speaking of blood tests, I had my semi-annual hematology check-up today and all is well.  We discussed my recent switch from Coumadin to Xarelto, but most of all we talked about travel.

Here's a title (or two) for DA bk:

(with apologies to Erle Stanley Gardner):

"THE CASE OF THE COQUETTISH CROQUETTE" or, "A PULLET SURPRISE FOR SANDERS"

I am glad, DR Dan M, that you had friends to distract you over the past few days. Waiting for the unknown is terribly difficult.
It must have been quite gratifying to visit with and thank those caregivers who helped you so much when you were getting treatment.

Good afternoon, all.

Vibes for DR Dan's blood test results.

I had my own this morning. Not anxious to see the results.

My friend Steve, whom I wrote about a week ago, died earlier today. I don't think he could stand being away from his beloved Barbara.

Watching "Austenland." I had enjoyed the book, but the movie is something even funnier. Jennifer Coolidge and many of the supporting cast just seem to be living for coming up with the funniest ad libs in the background. So, if you listen closely, the laughs are doubled.

Well for those who wondered the age range for the fans of the movie Frozen there are officially two 5 year old birthday parties in May with the Frozen theme.

And apparently most of the little girls at my niece's daycare prefer Elsa. But my niece prefers Anna.
