And what is your excuse today?

I have no excuse, DR TCB.  None at all.     :)

The choral/orchestral concert was fabulous.

Here is Eric Whitacre, the most-performed American choral composer at the moment:

And I can see why.  He looks very talented.

DR Dan M - I'm sure you'll get more information from your doctor. But a slow movement in the right direction is still good news, right?  Even if it isn't fast enough for your liking.
Victory in the small things.  I'm glad to hear it, anyway.

Thanks for the support!  My white blood cells did double since the last test 2 weeks ago, so that (hopefully) means the bone marrow is working again.  I've gone through very aggressive treatments that sent all my blood markers practically to zero.  So you are absolutely right.  It's good for me to hear from you.  I guess I do get impatient and want to forget that I am still recuperating.

I will gladly accept autographs on those rectangular bits of paper that coincidentally have logos of financial institutions.  In that case, you can use my nickname "Cash". ;)

Here I am last week with one of my many great oncology doctors, Dr. Archaya, who often would visit me (besides daily rounds) while I was in the deepest part of chemo treatments.  He insisted that I call him by his nickname, "Udi".  We would talk and talk about movies, which took my mind off of feeling lousy.  In this photo, I look like I'm pregnant, but that's the ventral hernia making its presence known to all.

If I had known that John Barrowman was going to be at this weekend's Hollywood Show, I would have wheelchaired my way to L.A.
