Still recovering from yesterday. It takes a lot out of you to "put on" Christmas or Easter or Yom Kippur for everyone else.  As certainly DR Vixmom can attest.

I think you had  good reason to be angry -  and how did the director not address curtain calls before?  Were there no full dress  rehearsals?

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I kept harping about setting a curtain call, and he kept delaying it.

I had a small part of it, the worship and music committee (a committee I have refrained from joining!) are the ones that bear the brunt of it  and the musicians, all those hours of practice!

I know it is silly, but it made me mad.

What? Are we supposed to get mad at only weighty things? Then I'd have nothing to get mad over!

And it wasn't really silly. It was an unprofessional act and you are a pro. You're also not a diva, I would imagine. Well, maybe not at those times. :)

I have finished with the entire draft of the thesis. And I have sent 89 pages off to the two readers to get their feedback, comments and corrections. The last time I got comments back from them, it added four pages.

But the hard part of the work on that part is finished.

Now I have to get started on the creative writing project that is also part of this madness. At least I can label that a work-in-progress whenever i have to turn it in in the next two weeks. Obviously I couldn't do that with the thesis.

Daylight is coming soon.
