The next time you need to pop over to Abu Dhabi try this:

Umm...I don't know if I would want that, even if I could afford it.

I, of course, would like the opportunity to find out if I actually would want that. ;)

Just met with my surgeon for a consultation on an upcoming minor but necessary procedure.

He looks like...       ...George Clooney.

Only younger.

DR JRand63, very intersting Dream-o-matic analysis! Thank you.

This has been the morning from hell. The bus was easy: I got on the 7:489 No 104 bus and reached Columbus Circle around 8:10. The M5 bus pulled up around 8:15 and I was to my doctor's office by 8:40; appointment at 9:15.

At 10:10, the supervisor for patient complaints came into the waiting room and asked how many were waiting on Dr Moazed. He's stuck in Florida on emergency. Why could they not have called last night and told us the appointment was canceled? So, I have a new appointment next Monday morning at 9:00. Oy!

I am now home for an hour, then I head for physical therapy.

I would be pissed!!!

Good grief, even if they didn't call and tell you, they could have told you when you checked in instead of nearly and hour later

I would have been fuming too.  At least if they hadn't called the night before they should have told you when you arrived.

LOL, I posted before I read this...my sentiments exactly

I would definitely complain to the doctor when you return.  Sometimes they are oblivious to what is happening at the front desk and should know.
