Things have been crazy at work this week. Three of our six people have been out, and the work load has been heavier than usual.

San Antonio's love of chain food continues unabated. An L&L Hawaiian Burger place opened this week. I went by for dinner and a sign was posted that they'd run out of food and would be closed at 5 p.m. for the near future. I guess I can wait for a ramen burger.

I have been very careful about making any knee-jerk posts or stuff in the notes - but anything I HAVE posted or written is all true, even though completely non-specific. Lavar Burton is (and will) trying to relaunch his Emmy Award winning children series, "Reading Rainbow" through a KICKSTARTER campaign.

He was aiming for 1 million dollars and in one day he has raised almost 2.5 million dollars!! And there is 33 days to go!!!

we were seated about 8 rows from the stage - the first song was The Wall (after which Vixter turned to me and said - OK we can go now- I'm satisfied!") but it was one great song after the other and ended of course with the final Encore song Carry On

Since the audience was mostly those who followed the band since the 70's and their offspring the crowd was well behaved but enthusiastic

a great night out!
