DR Ginny your bedroom is going to feel very different once you are done.  It should be very cheerful with the light blue.

It looks nice!  Are you able to sleep there with the smell?

Amazingly, DR Jennifer, this paint has no smell.  I did get a whiff during the night on Saturday, but realized it was coming from upstairs where Rob and Mary Linda had painted the ceiling in their living/dining room right above our bedroom.

The ultimate selfie...

Because it was taken from the top of the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil...

I climbed up to the Christ statute in Rio, but not to the tip-top. Didn't know you could do that. But that view was awe-inspiring.

You can't, generally.  But he somehow got special permission/authorization.

Glad you enjoyed the view!     :)

LOL, DR Jane, we've already asked them to paint our bedroom ceiling while we're away!

Are you going with white for the ceiling?

It sounds like you purchased the less toxic paint.

Cool selfie and views.  We almost went there before going to Sydney.  Traveling from here to most places can be a real pain, and So. America was worse than Australia.

DR Jrand63 - sometimes, a little white lie.  Like, "Gee, I submitted a bunch of photos, but the paper editor is the one who selects what prints..."      :)

Thanks for the link DR DRUXY.

LOL DR SINGDAW - actually I posted the slideshow on the theatre page on BookFace so she is front and center just where she wants to be....although I didn't include enough information in the bio, you know.....including last weekend's Miss Indiana Something or Other where her daughter won an award for volunteering for something.....

I overcooked the second batch by a minute.  I hope they still taste good.  I baked them to take to my book group discussion tomorrow.  The woman hosting had a stroke awhile back and uses a walker.  A few of us are supplementing a few things.

Are you going with white for the ceiling?

Probably.  They've been using this ceiling paint upstairs that goes on pink and turns white when it dries.  They think they'll have enough left over for our ceiling.

Interesting paint.  Is there something special about it?

I looked it up.  It is so you can see the paint on the ceiling more easily while you paint.

I hope they aren't using the pink paint in the bathroom.  I just read the following:

"I painted my bathroom ceiling with this and every time we take a shower it turns pink. It has been over 3 weeks."

 ;D

This was problem was mentioned several times.  The comments were for Glidden Pink to White ceiling paint.
