Bel Kaufman of "Up the Down Staircase" fame passed away today at the age of 103. She had an interesting life and was the granddaughter of Sholem Aleichem.

I didn't realize Pwoject Wunway had started.....I didn't finish watching the "casting" show, but I am watching Episode One now.....looks like the casting people were really looking for TYPES again this season....

I am wondering what outfit will be the ugly winner as posted by DR RLP.....it seems right now there is a lot of competition for that title.

I also watched the HELL'S KITCHEN finale this morning - I would have been happy with either of the finalists winning it all....but the eventual winner was someone I have liked all season....so I am okay with it.

My favorite contestant RALPH was eliminated several weeks ago.

The delivery run to Mom's turned into a very difficult visit that almost resulted in a 9-1-1 call. She is living proof that longevity is a definite mixed blessing. It was hard to leave her and I will check on her again tomorrow.
