I coerced a coworker to get the basics. It calls for tomatillos (small, green tomatoes), which I had difficulty finding, so I didn't pursue it further.
The restaurant I ate at the other day served my burrito in a salsa verde, but I found theirs a bit thin. It's not spicy, but can be very flavorful.
