All the way to Sacramento. They are overflowing with donations they don't need at the moment. They will in time though.

In past episodes we learned that Vixmom and Vixdad , on the day they returned from Canada, visited the local At & T store where they reactivated Vixdad's phone which had NOT been lost and/or stolen at the security checkpoint at LaGuardia airport but rather had spent the vacation alone and forlorn at home where Vixdad had forgotten it

Upon arriving at the At & T the young man, (we'll called him Sean as that indeed was the name on his name tag) advised the Vixfolks that they were able to "upgrade" their phones

Since the phones were about 5+ years old they were quite pleased with this information

Vixdad also decided to add a mobile hotspot to the plan so he could use his laptop on the train... we were told that the hotspot device would cost an additional $20 a month and of course there would be another $40 upgrade fee

so while Vixmom was expecting an additional $140 to be added to our usual bill she was shocked when the ebill was delivered it was for over $508

It turns out that the phone plan did not cover use in Canada - it only covered calls TO Canada from the US which means that about $100 in roaming and out of area calls were also charged to the bill

well Wed Vixmom & Vixdad spent about 2 hours on the phone with "Marlon" who promised to look into it and see if there was anything that could be done to reduce the bill
