Well, you've read the notes, the notes were brainy and Zenny, and now it is time for you to post until the Zen cows come home.

Good morning, all! In an hour, I shall bus dwn to my HMO and hopefully get the correct flu shot for us older coots. I will return here, continue the work on Paint Your Wagon and see how far I get. Around 1:00, the Time Warner technician will show up to investigate my internet problems.

Joshie informed me yesterday that he needs me next week to help him prepare for the Encores! Gala so I'd like to get as far as I can over the weekend with PYW before I switch jobs.  I'm grateful for the work since it will help me catch up financially to August.  Yesterday, I finished off the last frozen vegetables in my freezer.

Oh, dear, I seem to be up.  I think I'll go back to sleep in a while, at least that's the hope.

Good morning, all.

At least I hope so.  I was allergy-sneezing yesterday afternoon and evening, and took Benadryl to ensure a decent sleep.  Still sniffly this morning, so I'll take all the vibes I can get that this isn't a cold, since there really couldn't be a worse time for one.

For now,

Coffee!

One weird dream I had was about a monkey infestation in DR vixmom's house.

Yes, that's what I said.  A monkey infestation in DR vixmom's house.

Some mornings, you just need to get the hell out of bed.

T.O.D.

The restaurants that I "loved" no longer exist.

In Seattle: Pancho's
In Los Angeles: The Brown Derby, Tail 'o the Cock, the Cock and Bull, Frascatti's.

Thursday morning greetings!  MORE rain here in SW Ohio  :P

I'm trying to track down a notary this morning for the signing of the lease on a new book sale site for AAUW.  The one the book sale chairs had lined up backed out late last evening.  Time is of the essence because the signing is scheduled for noon.  Pray for Rosemary's baby...

I got to my HMO at 8:50, waited 10 minutes, got my flu shot, caught a bus and stopped at the market, all in less than an hour.

I think it was two years ago after the shot that I thought I was getting sick with the flu;  that's never happened before or since. I hope the good luck continues.

And to work.

And breakfast.

DR Elmore, the only reaction I had to my flu shot was a sore arm.  Hope you don't even have that!

The bait box in my back yard is really working well.  There was an almost dead rat in my front yard this morning.  Thankfully, my gardeners were here and they removed it, as well as the 2 dead mice from yesterday.
