Had a very nice call from Jason Graae, who finally heard And the World Goes Round - he was VERY happy with it.  The cast really knows what a miracle we performed, as they had to sing to all of that horrible trumpet, trombone and reed stuff that we ultimately replaced.

It was so bad at one point during Christiane Noll's How Lucky Can You Get, that she finally sat down and said, "I'm here and ready whenever you guys figure out how to play it."

I'm tired as I picked up about a million acorns and acorn shells.

Just had a bite-sized Big Hunk and Abba-Zaba to tide me over - only 100 calories and it did the trick.

Just read the review - what an odd review and that guy is just so unpredictable and raves about the worst stuff with a piano and voice, while not giving these major albums their due.  Or maybe he's just trying to BE Suskin.

At least the scenery changes.  In The Lone Ranger & Roy Rodgers they used the same rocks over & over again.

Lord love a duck, I just finished the RAGTIME score.

Now I have to sit down and be able to play it acceptably for the first orchestra reading on Sunday.

Not for me...he doesn't mention you once.  It's apparently all original, Berman OR something out of the void.

I just read on FB that Tim Hauser, the bass and original founding member of The Manhattan Transfer, has just died.  :'(

I'd seen them perform live about a dozen times over the years.

The bats are gone, however, Keith had 4 humongous piles of bear scat to clean.  I refused to help him figuring I would not be able to carry a shovel filled with even one of those.

We have a slate roof and today, after 17 years here, we had a roofer clean it.  It looks very nice.  A good amount of dirt, moss, acorns & leaves was blown down on me while I was working.

"Actress" just told Ponch she got into stealing cars because she couldn't go back to Minnesota a failed "star".....so she did what anyone naturally would do....she starting heisting cars for a fat man who smokes big cigars and works out of a warehouse in Oceanside.

A number of years ago we saw the MT perform at the Britt Festival near us.  They were still good.

Bat guano is very small and we don't have that many bats.
