Elmore, how could your premium possibly be that high under a Medicare plan?  Shouldn't you talk to somebody about where those extra thousands of dollars a year are going?  Yikes!

The opening number of the show is called "One of those Years" - so hope you don't have to wait until next year

Then we had a two-hour work session with Sami.  She read through the six or seven monologues that I've written so far, and even though it was a cold reading (she'd never seen one word of it) and she was struggling just to keep up with the words and to understand their point, most of it was really funny even in that rough a reading.  So, that was good.  Then we ran through the three songs I've written so far (there are five in total - but two are not new).  It was really fun and I'm feeling like this could turn into something interesting.  So, onward we go.

Then I went to the post office and picked up a big package from Sandy, and one piece of incredibly irritating mail that I ripped in half and deposited in the trash can instantly.

I finished my edit notes and thought I'd take a nap before attacking the next number. Joshie called an asked me ifi could help him with proofreading the scores for Lady Be Good. I hopped on a bus to City Center and worked on several numbers for four and a half hours.  I'll go in tomorrow morning and work until 1:30.

A good day.
