Our friend in LA also saw our news. I was a bit surprised as it appeared Grants Pass had far more flooding than we did.

Yes it was. Last night I didn't fall asleep until around 3:00 and the rain was very loud. It didn't stop until 8:00 this morning. The little bit of flooding we saw yesterday was gone today with the sun shinning. The break before it rains again was nice. I'm not complaining at all about more rain, we welcome it.

Yesterday I was going to stop and pick up fresh eggs. In the morning there was a new message saying NOT to. It turns out a tree fell onto the hen house and they had to cut a hole into the house to get the chickens out. I think the chickens are all ok but haven't a clue where she put them. She sent photos with the tree on it and the flooding around the house.
