I am in the same camp as TCB on the ebooks issue, too--I haven't a clue.

I've just been watching more CALL THE MIDWIFE. There is so much heart in this show.

What strikes me is how so much of the popular music of the 1950s and 1960s were love songs. And so much of today's music is full of hate--the rap music, anyway. I hear very little of today's popular music, other than BK's songs and Broadway, which I put in a different category.

I think it's very nice that you have the Old Actors lunches. So many of my old friends have gone hither and yon.

Well, it is a good excuse to go out to lunch once a week.

Are you feeling better? Is the cough subsiding?

He seems to be back to normal, but he does tend to take his afternoon naps somewhere that I can't find him.  I think he is just being on the safe side.

Yes, thank you.  The cough is bothering me less and less.  But boy, did this episode take the energy out of me.

I know what you mean. I spoke to a friend today, whose husband is NEVER sick. He had the flu and still has the cough. My friend was sick as well. I've heard lots of stories like that from this year's cold & flu season.
