Congrats to Jane Looking forward to more news when you can share

Thank you.  I just don't want to jinx anything.  We are very excited though there is tons of stuff to do in an extremely short time.

I just found out through FB that a friend (we were in a couple of shows together) had died in a kayaking accident on Saturday.  I hadn't seen him in a while, but he was always so friendly and outgoing. :(

Very, very sad.  I'm sorry to read this.  My condolences to you and to his family and friends.

Way too young.

"What's Up, Doc?" is on TCM at 10 pm Eastern tonight.  I think I'll be asleep by then.

My dad asked if I could record it for him.  From my computer here at work, I was able to set up my DVR to record it, but I own the DVD, so I think I just might give him my purchased DVD.  My sister also owns the movie, so I know where to get a copy if I want to see it in a quality better than a burned DVD-R.

Topic of the Day:

The longest that I've stayed awake is probably 40 hours when I was involved with a Relay For Life team here at work.  Never again. :P (the staying awake part, not the being involved with a Relay For Life team).

I think that the longest I've slept is around 18 hours or so...probably when I was sick or something like that.  Surprisingly, I only slept eight hours after staying up the 40 hours for the Relay For Life event.

And now, it's time to go home, forage for food, watch some TV and burn some DVDs.

Be back later.

Had a good meal at Hugo's and then a fun work session.  Sami is getting more used to what I need the pace to be and she's finally getting the storytelling idea better.  I must say, some of the monologues are REALLY funny.

She'll also occasionally come up with some phrase that tickles me - happened at the meal today - I wrote it down and just found a place to use it.

You obviously don't have legal representation, why we could have easily added two or three months to that time frame!

From  where does Petula have to fly? Perhaps she can get a discount if she rides in the cargo compartment
