Greetings from Toyland! It's a rainy day.

On the 104 bus I had to deal with a pushy and rude young mother and her brood of three who took up the seats for elderly and infirm, and who also pushed her crowd ahead of me to get on the bus although I had been waiting in the rain long before she showed up.  Rot in hell, bitch.

Then,  on the No 7 bus, I had to deal with a clearly mentally challenged young man who couldn't stop wringing his hands and who, after he settled in for the ride, began barking and making mewing cat sounds. He just scared me.

DR elmore I would think the extremely rude lady would be just as scary.  Sorry you have to deal with people like that taking your seats.

DR T C B we do not have a new home.  Today we sign our papers here.  Once their check arrives, which could be this afternoon or tomorrow, we will not own this house either.

Hmmmm, might explain the knot in my stomach.

I'm up, I'm up, barely - I suppose I maybe got two to three hours overall - better than nothing.

Monday morning greetings!  Yesterday was a Lima Sunday for us.  Because I'd been awake since 4:15am, I took a long nap when we got home.  When I woke up Richard was zonked out with a stomach ache and crashed early.  We're both up and about today, but not setting the world on fire.

Have chosen clothes for tonight, which I'll change into after we're done with all our work, and I've shaved and shortly I'll shower and then be on my way to the Pasadena Playhouse.

George & TCB are you experiencing a lot of smoke?  We thought the smoke here was due to local burns.  Keith read it is from fires in Siberia and affecting the entire Pacific Northwest.

I know the Outer Critics Circle Awards aren't the end-all of stage awards, but I was surprised to see so many nominations for "The Visit" and "It Shoulda Been You."
