  • Fish? Or, Abe Vigoda?

You are entertaining today DR Dan.  Does this mean you are feeling good?

Today's the first day since my surgery on the 23rd that I've had any sustained energy. My left forearm is still feeling like it was bruised inside. That's where the IV was placed. Seems to be slow in healing. Since my white blood cell counts are still lower than the low normal average, my healing takes extra time, but I do heal thank God.

Could be why I'm having fun today. ;)

I also just put a load of laundry in the dryer.  I have more to do, but I don't think I'll get all of it done today.

I do have to wash my blankets and sheets, so those will definitely get done.

Tonight's dinner was an experiment. I just combined a bunch of odds and ends from the fridge. Not sure what to call it. Wasn't terrible, but was definitely missing something.

Had somewhere between one-quarter and one-half pound of ground beef, 80-85% lean, an orange bell pepper, about a half of a sweet onion. Mixed with salt, garlic, pepper, steak seasoning, cumin, parsley and more black pepper. When browned and cooked through, added one can of tomato paste, organic Roma tomatoes. Served over whole grain rice.

Just something I made up as I was at the stove. It definitely lacked something.

I'm also encouraging people to plant the same thing you recommended - seeds at a local farm and home store

Does anyone watch Grey's Anatomy?  I was really surprised at the regular they killed off.  He said he signed a two year contract but apparently Shondra decided to kill his character off.  Don't know that I believe that.
