  • What is it, fish?

And the word of the day is: QUISLING!

Isn't that a character in the Harry Potter series?

I've had dinner and now I have the evening to myself.  Not sure what U'll do this evening.

DR Jennifer, I loved looking at those donuts!  I've been craving cookies all week.

I'm going to relax now until I have to leave to see a cabaret show.  Maybe I'll put some more of that cream stuff on my shoulder and arm.

DR John G. - perhaps the ulterior motive was to bond you as a team over the shared dismal food/conditions.        :)

I was lunching in Culver City, on a patio, when a gust of wind came up and blew my salad right off my fork! I've never had that happen before!

Then I visited a jeweler to have my watch battery replaced. He only charged me $7! I often must pay $20. I'll keep him in mind.

That is an excellent price.

And BTW, I, for one, don't want all of those doughnuts.

I just want some of them.  A few choice ones.  Maybe a dozen or so of my favorites.

I've been PUNKED!  I hate when that happens.  Mostly people let me know when they've finished.  Now I shall use my left arm and go to Amazon to read it!

I loved the book.  You deserve a gold star. It's now my fave Adriana Hofstetter and i'm ready for the TV series. I was sure my comment about craving cookies wold give it away!

Ever since i finished it - and I ended up reading it in one sitting - I have this enormous craving for peanut butter cookies!

I would agree there. It's such a jumble.

But I do love a good donut.  Right now, though, I want a peanut butter cookie, and there are no good bakeries in my neighborhood any more.

I had the same craving.  It didn't help that peanut butter cookies are one of my absolute favorites in the first place.

Well, the recipe is there in the back of the book.  The REALLY great recipe in the back of the book is Margaret's Chicken, which is actually Muse Margaret's chicken - all the recipes save for Wacky Noodles are Muse Margaret's.
