Ate some Saltines and THEY'RE making me nauseous.  I think I can safely say this had nothing to do with food poisoning and everything to do with a nasty stomach virus that seems to be all the rage in LA right how, I'm sure provided gratis by our government.

I've had something similar and was put on a liquid diet until my stomach could handle solids. Liquids and broth may help at first, then gradually add carbs, like crackers and toast, and last, proteins and dairy.
