So, I've now been through all the cartons from Toyland.  my recording scores have indeed vanished to the Library of Congress.  Damn.

Good morning, all.

I have to call my heating/cooling people out again, because even though everything is running perfectly since the annual tune-up, you could hang a few sides of beef on the first floor.  It's cooling way too unevenly, so some adjustment on something or other needs to be made.  We've been through this before, and they'll figure it out.

Coffee!    Oh. Here it is.

That is way too cold!

I'm up and waiting for the helper - once she's been here I think I'll go back to bed for an hour or two since I only got about six hours of sleep.

Getting ready for the doctor visit. If I get an "all clear" then next month's surgery will happen!

I know I am DR CHAS SMITH....it is one of my endearing qualities.

And now I am off to a non-rehearsal.  I am going to work some Christine/Rhoda moments and make them work.....

Toyland has a new ruler.  Building management asked the Man from Philadelphia to be out by the 15th since a new tenant has been found. Tomorrow, I will pick up a few more things at the office, speak to the super abut taking some of the furniture out between June 10 and 12, and see if any of my colleagues there want to take any supplies.

I was very happy working there for seven years, and I will miss it.

I do have a lot of work. Somehow I keep forgetting that and scheduling more appointments.   I did turn down a first degree murder case.  Would have been $$ but I really don't have time and don't really want to go to the dark place you need to go to in prepping a murder defense
