Truthfully, no. But I had to have someone who was willing to come over before my mom feels ok going home that night. And so long as I have people I can call if I need help, I'll likely be alone

Back from a fun dinner - went to Boneyard Bistro, the barbecue jernt. I feel like I ate way too much, but I just had some pulled pork and tri-tip and no bread or anything.

I think I was 26 years old and I had no trouble whatsoever...except when I made the stupid decision to go out to dinner with my family and I chose to get nachos!

Cilla, it is nice of the surgeon to make it easy to be reached. I like that people will be with you, just in case. I expect they will let you rest and entertain themselves.

Earlier today, I got a text from a friend (the same friend who invited me to see "The Shining" last Friday) and he invited me to another movie tomorrow. He had an extra free ticket and offered it to me. Very nice!
