Tomorrow I am going to get my car serviced in the morning, 30,000 mile service, tire rotation, air filters changed, oil changed and everything checked.  I need to get it done and this is the last day before I go back to work  on Monday

Tomorrow afternoon I'm going to see my surgeon for my follow up.  I must remember the photos as this will be the first time I've talke to him since the surgery.  Can't wait to tell him how much better I feel.  I haven't been able to eat and feel this good after eating for years.  Who knew

They were working on my deck again tonight.  I though they had left and saw them in the dark.  Good grief, they should have said something.  I turned on the outside lights and they worked a lot later.   They had extra dirt from leveling the yard under the deck so they went around the yard and filled in holes all over.  Wow! I've been meaning to do that.  I'll pick up some grass seed tomorrow as it's supposed to rain.  What a nice thing for them to do

I haven't looked but I think they got most of the base built.  They have day jobs so they just work at night.   They don't want to be paid until the whole job is done so if it takes awhile that's fine with me.  They leave their wheel barrow and a few other things in the back, so I know they will be back.

I really needed this extra time off.  I haven't taken a real break in years because I really can't afford to do it.  When I don't work, I don't get paid.  But this time, I decided what the heck.  I've been to two funerals this summer for people in their 60s.  I've been bitten by a bat, taken a series of rabies shots, gotten so sick when I ate that I quit eating most foods, had two organs removed and now am putting up with noise twice a week from the concerts. With all this....I really feel good.  I've decided that I'm not going to wait to do things I need done on the house.   It will take all my savings and I'll likely have to borrow more, but it is what it is.

10 days with only doing about 8 hours of work may explain it

I loved the original FAR FROM THE MADDING CROWD.

I enjoyed this movie.  I didn't know any other version, so I went in completely (metaphorically) blind.  Carey Mulligan was very good, as were the three men (who were also quite the handsomest of men ;) ), and very good actors.

There was a story on the news about the noise from the Hard Rock.  I commented on the facebook page and man! IF you want to talk about cyberbullying.  I finally had to delete my comments when someone replied to one of them with my home address.  Luckily deleting the comment deleted his reply

Oh, my goodness!  What are these people thinking when they do things like that (posting someone's home address)??

I think you've experienced trauma in recent months that I've experienced in my whole life!
