Back from a spectacular dinner at Ruth's Chris.  My friend was working tonight, so she comped us on two sides and dessert AND gave us a $25 off coupon.  My tummy is a little woozy from the richness of the food - I've been eating nothing but sandwiches and salads and stuff for three weeks.

Nice library, DR Jane!

Thanks.  If I find better photos I will share them.

Of course there were a lot of very strange people to check out, so I couldn't go around saying, "Are you George's mother?"  "Are you a nun?"

I wish you had :)

The mac and cheese had no flavor.  I would have preferred Kraft's.

It must have been terrible.

My brother-in-law went to the pasta bar.  He ordered fettuccine alfredo with shrimp.  He said it was good, but they added into the sauce, cheddar cheese, or maybe even American cheese.  Gross.

Yuck!

I know!  Who in their right mind would put shrimp in fettuccine alfredo?? :P

TOD:  Lots of Roman mysteries.  Currently reading Lindsay Davis' DEADLY ELECTION, which is the 3rd in her series of new Roman mysteries following her long series with Marcus Didius Falco.  These feature Falco's adopted daughter from Britannia, Falvia Albia.

Twelve seats left in less than twelve hours - pretty good.  If we sell out by morning this will have been our fastest ever sellout.  Once that happens, we'll decide whether we want to do a matinee or not - I'm not actually sure I want to.
