That's great. I still eat a little sugar, but would like to have more days without any. When I want something sweet I'll have a glass of lemonade or some fruit. That usually takes care of it. The less sugar I eat, the less I want.

Yesterday afternoon friends from Ashland came for a visit. Driving past the park in the center of town I had to explain there is an Anime conventions and this is not how the natives dress.

We had planned to walk around the park today and enjoy the crowds in costume, however, since it was raining and a bit cold we stayed home and walked here.
