I feel so old. I had to look up Hunter Parrish as I had no idea who idea who he is.

But I did know who Robert Goulet was when I first saw A Chorus Line.

TOD:

The most hilarious mishap I ever witnessed on stage was in a production of THE DESPERATE HOURS.

Prior to the climatic scene between the father and the lead convict (as played in the movie by Fredric March and Humphrey Bogart), another escaping convict neglected to drop his gun on stage.  Therefore, the father (March in the movie) was empty-handed in the final scene.  He had to go upstairs and "request" that the Bogart character release his son that he was holding hostage.

A total nightmare for the actors.

I had to look up who Hunter Parrish is, too.  Checked his filmography, and I know none of that.

And...  I'm sorry, but...  born in 1987?  Nobody is born in 1987.  Get outta here.

TOD:

At a Reprise! performance of "I Love My Wife", Vicki Lewis came out during the second act and had forgotten to zip up the back of her dress and it was one of those long zippers that went all the way down to the top of her butt. She had to do a big dance number with Jason Alexander and Patrick Cassidy with her dress unzipped, poor thing. But it was pretty darn funny.

TOD:

I was doing a play with my former wife (before we were married), THE GRASS IS GREENER.

They made a movie out if it with Cary Grant, Deborah Kerr and Robert Mitchum.  I was doing the Mitchum role.

I had a line: "I'll talk to him after everyone's gone to bed."

On this particular night, the line came out: "I'll talk to him after we've gone to bed."

That's the only time I ever broke up on stage.  It was also the last time I ever acted on stage.  I was 22.

Monday morning greetings!  We had a nice view of last night's eclipse, which Rob and Mary Linda watched while sitting in the driveway and Richard and I checked on during commercial breaks in the CSI finale.  If I'd sat out there the whole time the mosquitoes would have eaten me alive.

Hi, everyone - just popping in for a moment to say "hi" and to wish DR John G. the happiest ever birthday wishes today.

Thank you, sir. I slept 9 hours, which is a great start to that.

The moon was beautiful this morning and we had a lovely sunrise.

Got to see the eclipse last night, but slept through the rest of the show.

All is good; the MD's questions have arrived and they are easy fixes.  It won't take long to accomplish them.
