My thoughts and prayers will be with DR JRand tomorrow and with the sons and daughter of a family friend in Michigan as they, too, celebrate the life of their father.

I am not allowed to call and tell anyone this tidbit, but since I am typing it I can't see the harm:

I am returning to the stage in SECOND SAMUEL at Tacoma Little Theatre opening in January!

Congratulations!

Well, I'm at the theater and we have a small audience for our $5 preview.  They like it!

Today, I drove a friend to the airport, so I had no Internet access during my trip.

I went to Silver Platters and bought a whole bunch of CDs!  18 of them, to be exact. :D

I brought them home before I came to the theater, so I can't list them.

I was at a concert tonight - Beethoven trios. Piano, cello, & violin. Fabulous!

It's a musical about James Joyce.  Matt Bogart plays James.  He was good.  The rest of the cast sounded good, too.

Several months ago, after a thirty-year cooling off period, my ex-wife and I have rekindled a friendship on Facebook.  We have been exchanging message three or four times a week, sometimes more.  We have both worried if we didn't hear from the other in three days or more.  A lot of time has been spent complaining about our medical ills.  Me my wheelchair, she her COPD.  I knew her health was poor, but we laughed a lot.  I have been worried lately because her blood pressure had soared and she was having several additional problems.  I was relieved when I learned that my step-daughter was moving back to Washington this week.

I just heard from my step-daughter.  My ex is currently in the hospital and will be coming home in a few days with Hospice.  Her COPD is now end stage.  I didn't realize that it would affect me so much.
