It's going to be VERY cold here this weekend. And since we got almost 4inches of VERY wet snow today. I'm assuming everything will be ice. Oh Joy I'm planning to stay home as much as possible

I've been doing a lot of geneology on Ancestry. I spent a lot of time tracing the family the old fashioned way it's pretty crazy to see it all there just by clicking. Luckily I know enough to know which hints are wrong

my neighbor's house sold. Someone with an IT firm in Seattle. The wife grew up here. It sounds like they are keeping the house in Seattle and will only be here part of the time. My neighbor showed me the name but it didn't mean anything to me. I'll be anxious to meet them

The interesting thing is, when Sue left, I could feel the difference. She had been sitting in her room mourning for so long and then all the turmoil with her son....it just felt like a dark cloud was gone when she left. She found a place to move that's close to her daughter. They are all happy about that

I received an offer today to do freelance for the newspaper I used to work for. I had stopped doing that because I started up my website, and they gave me an ultimatum: either the website or the freelance. The website is still there. I asked the person if something had changed in policy that suddenly makes it OK. I'll have to wait and see.

I could certainly use a few coins of spare change.
