Good morning, all! I slept late. I remember no dreams.

I have no plans today. My calendar is completely empty,  I am not happy about it.

Good morning, all.

Had at least one solid "repertory" dream (there's got to be a word for these - that one will do for now) in which I was coming to grips with this tiny one-room type space that was my new apartment (one of many of such spaces in this building where other people I knew were also living...I think) and with its furniture items and layout.

There was another significant element of the dream that I can't yet bring into focus.

Something about a block of older houses...and it concerned the front yards and porches...

DR CHAS SMITH the Dream-O-Matic 6000 says that your dream indicates the you value people above material possessions.  It also predicts that home improvement may be in the near future for you or that you may receive an unexpected offer on something you have for sale.....

DR ELMORE needs to have this dream.

I take off at noon today to go to some cocktail conference fun. I have no idea what seminars I'll get into. I'm hoping more for balancing flavors or herbal remedies than bar management, but we'll see. I'll take what I get.

Friday morning greetings!  Waiting to hear from my sister who's in town until tomorrow and wants us to have some "girl time" today.  Don't know what she has in mind, but I'm looking forward to it.

Great photo, Vixmom.

Indeed, it is!  These painting classes are very popular here and I'm hoping to take one soon.

I am truly saddened to learn of the passing of Dan Haggerty. It seems that so many folks I knew and worked with have left us in recent months (e.g. Pat Harrington, Jr., Jack Carter, Christopher Lee...).

Dan was a great guy. I first met him when he co-starred in a film I wrote, CHEYENNE WARRIOR. "You son-of-a-bitch," he said to me with a mock frown. "This is the only time I've ever been killed in a movie."

Oy! My bank's credit card fraud dept. just called me. Someone has my debit card info, and two charges were attempted this morning: one for $15.00 and one for $1000+, neither of which I made.

Color that debit card dead.

From DR TCB:
Quote
Sunday, January 31 is apparently the busy matinee for our show.  It currently looks like it is about 2/3 of the house.  The biggest problem with Tacoma Little Theatre is that it is all street parking only.  I would suggest being at the theater between 1:15 and 1:30.  The tickets are in my name at Will Call.  There might be a line inside to pick up tickets, but it moves fast.

Thanks for the info.  We will do our best to be there that early.  We want to check into our hotel early, not that we will have much with us to check in.

I think that I would like to go to a Cocktail Conference.

We should definitely hold a Cocktail Conference as an HHW event when you take a trip to New York.

We could also go to Red Lobster and hold a Shrimp Cocktail Conference.  That could be fun also.
