Yesterday Vixmom asked "Cilla are you able to see all the candidates or are you limited to seeing the ones In the party with which you are registered?"

Anyone can go see the candidates, whether you are eligible to vote or whether you are registered for a party or whatever. You have to register for a party to caucus, but you can register or change your registration at the door. You have to caucus in your own precinct and obviously must be an Iowa resident. Actually a lot of people come from other states just to see the candidates and observe the process.

I think I'll go see Bernie tomorrow night. He's going to have a huge crowd. It's a lot like it was when Obama ran the first time. Lots and lots of young people very excited about him

The one thing I see different in going to the events this time is that they do take your name at the door. They want to know everyone who goes in. You don't even need to give phone or email so I think it's more security than gathering contact info. You can also get a free evite ticket. That just speeds up getting in the door because they already have your info

Well, a big storm is coming Friday. There may be as much as 2 feet of snow by Sunday. I will be in the Big Apple, which may have 5-8 inches of snow on Saturday, according to the Weather Channel website.

I ended up cutting another three pages - just feeling repetitious and like it's time to get to the end. Sometimes less is more and sometimes you have to believe you have enough laughs and maybe it's time for a little calmness and introspection for the characters. So, even though I've done new pages, it feels like I'm behind. But I'm mushing on.

DR Jane recently asked about my eyes.

I can now read fine without glasses (needed reading glasses before), as well as do things around the apartment. I need glasses to drive, though, which was the plan. As for the side effects of the surgery, I'd say that the headaches are slowly diminishing, but the other side effects remain, although minor.

Yes. Professionally, I've done extensive technical and business writing, as well as a bit of healthcare. I also write for my own pleasure, but that may or may not be published.
