It's interesting.  Here at the Tumwater McD's, it's 50 cents extra, but at the downtown Olympia and Lacey McD's, they charge only 30 cents for extra cheese.  Not fair if you ask me, but that's just the difference between franchises.

Can I get the Sausage McMuffin Happy meal with a large order of Franchise?

You can get McDonald's delivery in Manhattan, but there's a $10 minimum.

It takes a lot of McDonald's calories to reach the $10 minimum if you're ordering for one person.

Well, I'm back from my journey to Orlando.  I had a lovely time at the conference and a fun time at Walt Disney World.  Glad to be home with the DD and the rest of my life.

I have a meeting this morning that I'm not really looking forward to going to - theatre related, of course, cuz anything that's not being creative in the theatre is just getting me down lately.  I'm hoping for a few outcomes, but I'm not taking any BS from anyone.

Speaking of theatre - I have auditions today for The Lion King Jr.  I will keep working in places where I feel I am respected and that my creativity won't be stifled by controlling board members and immature Artistic Directors and bullying Music Directors.

I have no doubt the score for Thoroughly Modern Millie exists somewhere at Universal, but Universal is tough.

And in solidarity with DRs George and TCB, I'm treating myself to a Sausage McMuffin after I get out of here.
With egg, damn it.       :)

Nobody says you can't.  More power to you! ;D

Back home.  And that sausage/egg/cheese McMuffin was excellent.  I hadn't had one in years, but those posts were somehow ... inspiring ... and it tasted so good I was very tempted to get another.  For better or worse, reason prevailed, and I am sitting here sipping the rest of the McDonald's coffee.  (Medium, black, if you must know.  And you must, you must.)

Did you happen to notice the price difference (for your area) between the Sausage McMuffin with the egg and without?  I'm just curious.

No, I didn't.  I'll check that next time.

I hadn't had either one in some years, and I just ordered what I knew I wanted.  The process was aggravated and delayed by the fact that the person manning the drive-thru intercom was distracted by someone else inside talking to her.  I counted myself lucky not to have to correct the order.

I'm wondering if I would have guessed what the book is by now?  Not sure there's been enough clews strewn about.

That's nice -- I didn't even know there was a Jr. version.

So are you not the BMD :) on this one yourself?  Or am I misreading that?

And I am home from City Center! 4 hours to do three numbers.  My lab tests were a disaster since my doctor, who told me to book the appointment three months ago, didn't send a test request to the lab,  I went to McDonald's, had coffee and a sausage Mcmuffin with egg, and went to City Center.

Such a day!

So it seems the new book is a series of meetings that take place in various restaurants.....and it's mostly the story of ONE of the two people who keep meeting.....hmmmmm.....

Maybe it's about the writing of a show.....about LA!!!

I drink a lot of McDonald's decaf. I find their coffee excellent.
