I got to therapy early and there was no one waiting. I went right in. Today's ordeals included a brutal massage of the muscles connecting my thigh to my hip. Gurjeet warned me that the area may become black and blue over the weekend. It hurt like hell but I left feeling much better.

"Armageddon" came out around the same time as "Deep Impact." They're very similar stories...a huge meteor is on a collision course to Earth and we're all gonna die. However, "DI" seem more realistic in its approach to the situation. The characters are also much more introspective about the situation. It's not all "let's blow up some stuff." And "DI" has Morgan Freeman as the president. You just can't beat that.
