I voted in the Primary election.  Another weird thing about Virginia--you don't declare an affiliation when you register to vote and  you can vote in either party's primary.

I just got home.  The service was fantastic.  Some funny stories, Susan Watson and Pam Myers sang, and the place was packed. Everyone adored her.

We did not have to declare in Washington and are curious what that will look like when we vote.

Watching a neo-noir called after Dark, My Sweet. Had wanted to see it for a long time. It's only okay, but I am liking the Maurice Jarre score.

It was hot today. It's been in the 80s before this year but today was really hot.

I felt like wearing shorts.

Met friends for lunch today. We shared a braised short rib pizza with ricotta, Brie, caramelized onions and pistachios. Very good. But slow.

We also had some amazing white truffle fries.
