An evening of dancing tonight that was fun. Saw plenty of old friends. It felt great.

Lately, there's been a lot of Sturm und Drang at the dance studio I go to most often, and I probably won't be going there much in the near future. Long-established friendships are being broken, and I don't like it. I'm also finding myself in the middle of some of the squabbles but I haven't been able to write the whole situation off yet.

Finished House of Cards, went to Gelson's and did the salad bar thing and got some shrimp cocktail shrimp - no calories in any of it and yet I'm stuffed to the gills.
