Good medical news DR ELMORE.

Ah, sir. Happy news indeed! (A Sondheim reference.)

Had a nice production meeting.  Then had a cup of soup and a sandwich.

Today in the mail I received my sweatshirt from Run Free Canine Cancer Fundraising.  Two woman I am friends with do this, both having lost Bernese Mountain Dogs to cancer as we lost Echo and Sherlock.  One designs the shirt, the other does the rest of the work.  All the profits are donated.  Basically through friends on FB they raise a good bit of money.

As the shirts have been received we have been requested to send photos of ourselves wearing them.  Though the wind was blowing my hair all over the place, the setting of the river and Mt. Hood behind me is rather nice.

I liked my orthopedist Dr. Manaqibwala, who thought my problems could be resolved with therapy and anti-inflammatory drugs, possibly injections, and were not bad enough for a hip replacement.  I was fine with that.

Sounds good, DR elmore!

It's almost cherry blossom time!  The peak blooming days are supposed to be March 23 and 24.  I haven't been down to see them in 5 years, I think.

More ups and downs with the weather.  It was in the 70's yesterday and will be in the low 40's Sunday, with a little snow possible.

The afternoon I finally went to see the Cherry Blossoms the wind blew much of them away that morning.  Truly bad luck on our timing ;D

Vixdad is working late so the Vixter and I went to dinner at the roadhouse. It was a very nice meal with enough leftovers to take card of tomorrow's lunch

I regret that I did not buy a house back in the early1980s. I had a staple job at ups and was certainly able to afford the Psyments on a $45,000 mortgage   A year later that house increased in value from. $50,000 to $150,0000 as Long Island home prices skyrocketed

With that small a mortgage I could have afforded to stay home with the Vixter instead of working full time as did grew up

We have a few of those regrets, including purchasing when I wish we hadn't.

Since I didn't walk this morning and Keith tracked our afternoon walk on his phone, I took his phone with me for my beautiful evening walk.  I took at least 13,300 steps today.

I really need to download the fitbit app onto my computer so I can use Bryan's gift.

Also buying stock in Apple and Microsoft in the late 1970's would have vastly changed my bank account
