We've started the run and it's going fairly well.  One particular actor is having trouble with his lines.  I've noticed that he does during the final week of rehearsal in many shows that he's in, but he always pulls it together by opening night.

Intermission.  Act one is about an hour and a half long :-\ but will be tightened up as the week goes on...hopefully.

Act one ran one minute longer that usual because of fumfers and forgotten lines and lyrics.  Act two came in at its best time yet - fifty-eight minutes, and that included fumfers and stuff.  But we're still two to three minutes too long and that will have to come from picking up the pace - I have only one other cut I can make and it would take out five minutes, which would kind of get me where I need to be.
