I won't talk about the WORST which was of course doing a scene in Dial M for Murder with my fly open......ever since then, it has been  known around these parts as Dial Z for Zipper.

Wasn't it Sheila in A Chorus Line who said:  "Darling, I can tell you now, your father went through life with an open fly"

Agreed!  My most recent theatrical goober was just last year in "Laughing Stock" where I just forgot to come into one scene!  I had several lines that, fortunately, the other actors were able to pick up, and afterward they also were, MOST graciously, very kind with commiserations of "that happens to everyone."  I felt horrible, but at least I wasn't playing a major character and this wasn't a major scene with major exposition.

Talked to my friend, Mickey, awhile ago. She said Glenn had slept easily through the night and was sleeping much of today. He was awake earlier and got on his iPad to read a few emails. One was from me. It had a picture of the love vine or flame vine that they gave me a few year's back. It's not really supposed to make it this far north, because the winters can get really cold. Theirs died, but mine has proven to be one tough cookie and it's in bloom. She said he was pleased.

No, unfortunately not.   We are running out of Krones and we were at a disadvantage with credit cards because a lot of small businesses won't accept a credit card without a PIN code.

I've never heard of credit cards having PINs, only debit cards.  If you had one of those, would that work?  I also know that debit cards don't have the protections that credit cards have, so that's an issue.

The window washers left about an hour ago and I've finally had a shower.  I could have done that before they arrived had I known that they wouldn't arrive until after noon.  They'd given me a 10-11:30 time frame for their arrival, so I just threw on some grubbies in order to be dressed by 10.  Oh, well, the windows are sparkling and it's not raining - yet.
