Glorioski! Except for the two children, we now have a cast for August 1.

Great news, Larry!

I'm up - again.  Got another two-and-a-half hours of sleep - so five altogether - not enough.

TOD:

I am particularly fond of pecan pie, chocolate pie, cherry pie, coconut custard pie, chess pie (both traditional and chocolate), and I like apple, peach and strawberry pies.

I could eat some pie.

How could I forget about custard pie.  Just custard, no coconut. I LOVE a good custard pie.

Custard pie, along with pumpkin pie, is the most calorie friendly pie - custard is actually a bit less than pumpkin.

That is good to know, if only I could find one.  My mother used to bake delicious custard pies.  Then Johnson's frozen pies make a pretty good one that was easy to pop in the oven.  When we lived in Michigan there was a market that sold unbaked custard pies in their bakery, alternating between regular & coconut.  They eventually make only coconut.  We moved to Connecticut for a year and when we returned they no long had the pies.

Interesting.  I would not have thought that.

We finally had time to go to t-Mobile and get my phone fixed.  It stopped connecting to the internet the day before we left Barcelona.  Siri would occasionally talk to me, and occasionally I could play music, which is why we thought it was a problem with the phone and didn't realize it might be something else.

First the t-mobile guy replaced the SIM card since that is often the problem with phones not working.

When that didn't work he looked at our account and then asked if we had made any recent changes to it.

Keith had made a change on-line which began June 1st.  For some reason it upgraded his phone and completely removed the internet access to mine, yet it took until June 6th for me to be removed.   Now the mystery is why Siri worked sporadically and google music every once in awhile

I could make one, and would have if I had my mother's recipe.  The problem with the pies has always been that I was the only one eating them.

To clarify, I wasn't the only one eating them as a child.  The believe I had some help with the pies as an adult, but not too much help.
