Thank you.  She is quiet on facebook but putting up photos of her son and her other two boys.  They are beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time.

Such a nice, caring young man  :(

I got my vocal score for Monday's rehearsal bound and I still have to do the same for the script.  Our stage manager just emailed everyone to introduce himself.

I decided to pass on the library.  The exhibit is up through Aug. 29.  I'm listening to The Marriage of Figaro and getting small thing accomplished. I may do laundry, although I could hold off till tomorrow.

My friend Katie, who hosted book group Thursday evening, owns a bed and breakfast in Oxford called the White Garden Inn.  She has a huge garden planted there and sent us all home with zucchini and beets.  Today I've shredded the zucchini and frozen it in 2-cup portions for baking bread and I had a fabulous beet and cottage cheese salad for lunch.
