My vision is OK. I have problems with floaters that I didn't have before the surgeries. The surgeon didn't seem concerned, but it's a bit annoying. If this had been an elective surgery, I'm not sure I'd be happy, but the cataracts needed attention. It's good to not be so dependent on glasses and I've gotten used to using eye drops 2-5 times each day.

Our weather is cooling. Cooler days, i.e., 70ish, cooler nights, darker mornings. I like it! I see people on the street wearing wool pullovers and heavy scarves. I don't understand that. I'm happy in jeans and a polo shirt.

It sounds like your book is coming along well. Do you have a publisher in mind or are you thinking of self-publishing?

It certainly does. A lower dew point, probably, and a lower air temp.
