I guess I was feeling a little sweet potato fries guilt so I did a four-and-a-half mile jog. It was nice out so I didn't mind too much, although it did take a while. At my age I feel pretty damn good about doing a four-and-a-half mile jog.

The concert was highly enjoyable. Instead of a Mozart piece, they did Mendelssohn's Italian symphony, which with the William Tell Overture made for a real crowd-pleaser. I loved the Brahms Piano Concerto.

I can only walk that far so I try to do two walks a day.
