I could have but, of course, it was best that I didn't.  I brought home leftover wedge salad.  We never by iceberg lettuce anymore so the salad is a treat.
I was rather surprised to find a wedge salad, I kept hearing about as if it was a new popular salad, was basically an typical salad when we were young.

Good morning.  You were way too quiet during the hurricane.

So glad to hear Michael is safe.  Vixter and VixBF are fine they lost their electric for 2 hours it came back on and promptly shut fine for another several hours but by nightfall they had power again.  Did anyone hear from Danise? 

Danise is fine weather wise, however, she was home sick.  I haven't had an update on that yet.

Just had a lovely chat with Hayley (Mills) - I may go meet her and her sister at some bar at six, or, better for me, may meet them for brunch tomorrow - bars are too noisy.  She'd invited me to see her son at the Roxy tonight, but I can't do rock concerts in small venues - last time I tried that at the Roxy it killed my hearing for a week.

It's sharper, but the eye the was operated on seems to be slightly darker; like there is a slightly tinted screen in front of it.  I assume this will clear in a day or two.

Has anybody seen the movie Sing Street? It's kinda of like The Commitments for teenagers, Irish kids form a rock group.

The music is very true to the 1980s setting.

I have to wear ear plugs when I usher for shows that are miked at all. So, my ears will be all plugged up for the B52s tomorrow night.

Well, I'm still at the theater, and Vanessa the stage manager and I have entered all the light and sound cues into the respective operating devices.  She actually had to redo a lot of the light cues, though.  It seemed like that the person who did them didn't know what she was doing, but she actually has designed lights for TAO here at The Midnight Sun for at least six other shows, so we couldn't figure out what happened.

Anyway, it wasn't that difficult, but Vanessa did have to get out the ladder and refocus a couple of the instruments.  But now, it's mostly done.  There is one picture left for the slides, and one or two sound cues, then it's done.  Tomorrow will be the first full run-through, and the start of hell tech week.

My niece has hyperacusis.  Ear plugs don't work.  She can't even go to the movies or even some stores anymore.
