Now here's what I do hate: inefficient store management. I just returned from Staples. I had gone there to scan something for BK. the print dept. is packed, and one young African-American man is working his butt off, and there are no other clerks. when he finally got to me, I said, you need more help. He said that the other worker sche3duled wasn't coming in until noon. This is crap service for a chain like Staples.
So, I got my scan and typed my email address for it to be sent. I'm strill waiting for it to show up, and I am not happy about the delay. I called Staples and got a vague answer like give it an hour. Color me pissed.
