THE MAN WHO ATE TOO MUCH

Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of eating too much, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they ate too much tuna pasta salad, too.

I'm having lots of strange dreams this week. Last nightI dreamed  that I had begun a theatre company in Middletown, and I was working on a production of Al Carmines; Promenade.  Then I seemed to be in a strange mall near the New York State Theatre Institute with several musical instrument shops. I was with someone - I have no idea! - and we were looking into shops to find the source of the harp we heard.  We did.

This is a day at home: laundry, proof-reading several scores, Guys & Dolls, as well as phone calls to my accountant and an email to my doctor.

Had a good solid sleep, and woke up with nary a cough or a sneeze in sight.

I did, however, compute it to be Thursday for a few minutes.  For that I shall blame these weird four-day weeks.

Wednesday morning greetings!  One more day of lying low with mismatched eyes - by this time tomorrow, the second surgery will be over and we should be on our way home.

DR TCB, you asked the other day if I'd noticed the brighter colors yet.  Maybe a little with my right eye, but I expect the effect to be more dramatic when both eyes are working together.

I must get ready to brave the wind and cold to walk over to the board meeting.    Some folks, myself included, want a dog park here.  We have tons of lawn but dogs must be on leashes.  I get that but it would be nice for them to have a play area besides the beach.

DR ELMORE - the Dream-O-Matic 6000 says that your dream is related to the passing of your friend....and that discovering the source of the harp music and looking into the shops indicates that you have accepted the passing and will always hold it in high regard...no regrets - only good memories and a realization that the past invades our present only as much as we allow it to.
