But land is land, and last I heard, they still aren't making any more of it, so I'd agree that now is the time TO sit on it and wait for that area to become of value again to the developers.

We decided that since the hotel where we usually stay w as right in the center of last September's flooding that see would stop in Fayetteville instead. Quite nice Fairfield inn but we did get less room for more money. But since we rolled in after 10 pm all we cared about was clean comfortable bed

I agree, at this point it is best to wait it out. Can you get the taxes reduced to reflect the current value?

DR George I'm glad the cough medicine worked. I hope the expired Mucinex is as successful for DR TCB.

Keith has a big problem using any medication that has expired. I don't. I will look up the medication, or ask the pharmacist, how important the expiration date is on that particular drug.
