Thursday morning greetings! Richard and I both got up early this morning when neither of has to be anywhere and when we're not expecting the bathroom work crew. The one morning this week we could have slept late...

I pretty much ate too much anyway, so when I started eating "normal" amounts, it really is enough...for the most part. But you still eat whatever you want to eat?Not exactly. Last year I started losing weight without trying, and then my hip started hurting and no over-the-counter pain releaver really helped, so I went to the doctor for the pain, and told them about the weight loss. My mom had been at me to go to the doctor because of my weight, and because family members from both sides of my parents' families were diabetic, I decided it was time to deal with it. So, I finally was officially disgnosed. I've mainly have been reducing the carbs (although, I probably haven't been as diligent as I should), so that's really what has reduced my calorie intake. I'm on medication (not insulin), but I haven't done much exercising...yet.

Richard and I both got up early this morning when neither of has to be anywhere and when we're not expecting the bathroom work crew. The one morning this week we could have slept late...I hate how that happens. For me the morning I have to get up early is often the one I was finally sleeping.

Vixmom, pre-orders tonight at midnight.
Still working though.
Inconclusive biopsy results, so the doctor is sending them to another lab. No answer for two weeks.
