I'm glad BK is so pleased with hi new shaver. I've only had a couple Braun products, but I was very happy with them and felt they were worth the extra money.

TCB, why don't you want to cruise to Alaska? I know you love causing--or has that changed?

My back is acting up. My left leg is better and now my back is going out.  There's a pinched nerve or something going on.  I may need to change my Ohio travel plans.

Pain moves. As the muscles relax in one area the tightness often goes elsewhere. That has been my experience many times. I've discussed it with my osteopaths, and they have seen it, too. However, pain that moves is better than pain that is stuck. Movement, frustrating as it is, is actually a good sign. It should keep moving and move OUT entirely. That's the hope!

Things seemed to be going so well.

Were you not suspicious?

DR Jeanne how is your back?

Erik has helped my low back, but we still have a lot of work to do on my neck and upper back.

I'm also trying a new, natural pain reliever.

Back from the matinee and visiting the record store and doing a bit of food shopping.  Now looking forward to a very relaxing evening of watching...something, don't know what yet.

BTW, the acupuncturist put a topical muscle relaxer on my back yesterday. It's not one I've used. It has a smell, but not unpleasant. It did seem to help. I plan to ask her about it, as I like to know about everything that may help. If I can find a source for it I'll pass that information on. I suspect it's a Chinese product.

Vibes to DR George's friend Margo!  We're wondering if Richard's problem doesn't involve his gall bladder...

Ditto!

I was so worried this morning about my back that I forgot!  Sorry, DR George!

Dial 'M' for Murder is what I call a talking play with one great action scene.  And yes, it's much talkier than the film - Hitchcock cuts all the fat (the screenplay is by the playwright) and adds some additional suspense that can't be done in the play.  But the only dialogue he cuts that I miss is the opening two pages where Max is talking about how he kills people in his stories - it's genuinely funny.  Otherwise, I'm going to make a lot of the lifts they made for the film because it just tightens everything and my intention is to probably take the three acts and make them two.

I wonder if dear elmore is EVER going to read Thrill Ride.  That goes for the others who got it and have let it sit like so much fish for the past six weeks.

The March for Science seemed to have gone very well...if quite wet.  We were only in one spot where the march ended, so we didn't get to see any of it.  It rained off and on during the time that we were there, but we had our canopy, so we didn't get drenched.

After it was over, I went to my sister's for a bit.  I tasted some vegan, and some vegan-and-gluten-free cupcakes that she made for a retirement event that she's going to tonight.  They were good...not what I'm used to, of course, but still palatable. :)

Here I am rambling away to myself.  I guess George must have gone to bed.

Nope.  I was talking on the phone to my friend Margo who has been in the hospital since yesterday because of a gall bladder atrack!  She's doing well for now, but sometime today it'll be taken out. :-\

Feel better vibes!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thanks from Margo, Jennifer!
