I'm on a break.  "C'est Moi" is half finished.

Well, peoples...

I have my own word of the day, and that word is:  AUDITIONS.

May this be the last time you hear that word cross my gums - for the next few months at least.  I think I have just about what it takes to get through these today, and probably not an ounce more.

This is at the theater at the Abbey, for Fiddler on the Roof.  We had the ones in NYC several weeks ago.  These are the Connecticut ones.

If you ever have a chat with the Mother Abbess, please tell her you know a man who is still crazy about her, fifty years after seeing WHERETHE BOYS ARE for the first time.

I'm with you on that, sir.  As it happens, I'll be having a chat with her very soon.  I'm providing scene music for a little two-night event for which she's a reader.

(Note to DR Elmore:  This is why I was looking for old Italian folk music a while back.  I submitted samples of Ancient Airs & Dances, which they liked but they thought it was a little too "classical" for this.)

BTW, she isn't the Mother Abbess, just plain old Mother Dolores.  She really is wonderful to talk to, and it'll be great to be working with her.

I am beginning to think that  I will postpone going to the store until after church tomorrow.  The street in front of my place has already turned into a slow-moving parade heading to the entrance of the park.

Saturday afternoon greetings!  I played along with our doctor's May 3 and May 16 diagnoses of allergies for me because people around me weren't getting sick.  However, Thursday evening Richard began feeling the way I did when this all started.  So, this morning we went together to see the nurse practitioner in our doctor's office and she put both of us on antibiotics.  There are lots more fun ways to spend a holiday weekend together...

Hi all!  I hope you are having a good weekend.  Can't say I'm doing anything really exciting.

I don't know how to say it but I did join one of those dating sites.  I just thought I'd give it a try.  It's a bit overwhelming.  Everyone wants to talk with you and I don't feel good about giving out my phone number.  Anyway, we'll see what comes of this.  I'm tired of being alone so much of the time.

Have a good holiday weekend, DR Danise. Have fun on your dating site, but be cautious.  Don't get catfished, and if you meet someone you're interested in, make sure a friend knows all the particulars  about the peron;s online info and where you are meeting.

Add my name to the list DR CHAS SMITH - there was certainly something very natural and very special about her that came across on the screen.

Thanks for the links.

What is your diagnoses?  Is it really something that antibiotics will help?

Thanks, DR Elmore.  I'm trying to be as careful as possible.  This is a LOT harder then I thought it would be.  I'm to nervous
to contact anyone first so I'm letting them contact me.   We'll see.

We saw the tour of Book or Mormon again.

Still wrong. Still hilarious.

Back from rehearsal and food.  Had a pretty good run-through despite missing two cast members.  They're getting really solid with everything.  Note session was hilarious.  And I let everyone go two hours early.

I then went and had a Philly cheese steak sandwich and some onion rings, and now I'm home for the duration.

I very nearly took a cell phone out of the person's hands next to me. Also, he opened a bag of chips during a quiet scene.

Watching the new version of To Tell The Truth.  Betty White is one of the panelists--she's as sharp as ever.

Today I will do "C'est Moi," which Ryan Siilverman and Bryce Pinkham are doing as a duet.

And that's my holiday.,

I would love to hear that!  I especially like Bryce's voice.

I have enjoyed this beautiful day by walking close twelve and a half miles, not all at once.  During our longest walk I needed to stop at our little coffee shop to cool down with a scoop or orange sherbet.
