Then Vixdad and I went to the cemetery and places flowers by my Dads grave and by my maternal grandfathers grave

Then home to change and go to the wake of the Doctor who cared for me from. 1966 until the mid 90's. He was 96 .. A real Marcus Welby kind of Doctor, would sit and really talk to y.ou, knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix it and he made house calls well into the 1970's, years after doctors stopped that practice

Larry, you asked last night about MY MOTHER AND OTHER STRANGERS. It just premiered last night here. I hope to watch it tonight or tomorrow night. I read about last week and it seemed right up my alley.

Today I woke at 6 and instead of rolling over I rolled out of bed and put on my gym clothes and went to the gym

Where I spent 45 minutes lifting weights , using machines, peddling to nowhere and then had a 10 minute sauna a nice 10 minute shower and headed home

I saw Cleo Laine and John Dankworth in concert in the late 1970s. Absolutely amazing.

It's so good. Corey Cott as the young American soldier is heartbreaking.
